This auction is for a parcel of property in Alamance County as a part of the court ordered sale by Peter Blaetz Guardian for Randolph Parris. This is a court ordered auction, so the high bid must be posted at the court house for a 10 day upset period. They are going to give half the proceeds to Living Free Ministries, a local non-profit that helps men and women who struggle with addiction. Vehicles can be viewed from outside of fence only. If multiple cars are purchased the buyer must pay for all the vehicles purchased before entering lot to retrieve any purchased vehicles. Any cars not redeemed by 4PM on the Wednesday after the sale will be considered forfeited and the bidder will be fined and banned from bidding in future auctions. Fine is $175.00 per lot charged to the credit card used to register for the auction. Cars that are paid for but not picked up by Friday at 4pm will incur additional storage fees assessed by the impound lot and after 10 days considered abandoned.
